1. Booking & Deposit

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

48+ hours notice → fee can be moved to a new date/time (one free reschedule)
Less than 48 hours or no-show → fee kept in full
Illness or emergency → let me know ASAP and I’ll happily transfer your fee (at my discretion)

3. Late Arrival & Client Readiness

Please be ready when I arrive so we can start on time and make the most of your appointment. More than 15 minutes delay may result in a shortened session or rescheduling (deposit kept). Let me know if you’re running behind.

4. Payment

Balance due on the day (card payments only).
Prices include travel within 3 miles of Lytham St Annes. Extra mileage £1 per mile (agreed at booking).

5. Treatment

Not happy with the result? Tell me on the day – I’ll fix it free or refund the balance paid that day. (as per Consumer Rights Act 2015). Your happiness is everything ♡

6. Photos

I may take photos of your nails for my portfolio/Instagram – only with your permission.

7. Appointment Requirements

Please provide a clean, well-lit workspace (e.g., table with space for tools) and close access to a plug socket for my equipment. This helps keep the appointment safe and efficient for both of us. If the space isn’t suitable on arrival, we may need to reschedule (deposit kept).

8. Liability & Insurance

I hold full public liability insurance to protect clients during treatments. Clients remain responsible for aftercare advice given.
