Booking Fees

A 30–50% non-refundable booking fee is required at booking to secure your appointment. This covers reserved time and admin.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48+ hours notice → fee can be moved to a new date/time (one free reschedule)

• Less than 48 hours or no-show → fee kept in full

• Illness or emergency → let me know ASAP and I’ll happily transfer your fee (at my discretion)

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day by card only.

Not Happy With Your Nails?

Tell me straight away while I’m still with you – I’ll fix it for free or refund the balance you paid that day (as per Consumer Rights Act 2015). Your happiness is everything ♡

Nail Besties Nights & Gift Cards

Full payment required at booking and non-refundable within 7 days of the event/date.
