At Samantha Maria Beauty, I offer 30-minute nail care sessions tailored for elderly residents in care homes. Each gentle session includes a warm hand soak, thorough nail clean (including under-nail care), tidy, clipping, cuticle care, and an optional top coat or light colour polish. It's a relaxing mini pamper that promotes hygiene, boosts morale, and encourages friendly chats – helping residents feel connected and cared for. With my 13+ years in residential care (including dementia support) and current role as an Emergency Department Assistant at A&E, I’m highly experienced in adapting to all levels of mobility and mental capacity. These monthly activities heighten wellbeing, prevent nail issues, and bring a touch of normality to daily life. Choose from three packages: Single Session Package: 6 residents – £119.94/month £19.99 per resident Double Session Package: 12 residents – £227.88/month £18.99 per resident One-off sessions also available: 6 residents – £120/£20 per resident - Gentle nail care for 6 residents. 3-hr session with hand soak, clean/clip, cuticle tidy & top coat. Boosts hygiene & morale. How It Works Choose & purchase package I'll send a confirmation with your session credits. Book dates/times for each session (flexible – e.g., weekly or grouped). You will receive a medical form to be completed for each resident (completed prior to first session). On the day, I arrive with all equipment for safe, adapted care. Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions – Nail Care Sessions for Residential Homes Taylor & Taylor Ventures Limited (16851809) (Last updated: November 2025) Booking & Payment • Bookings require confirmation via email or contract. • Monthly packages: Single (6 residents) £119.94; Double (12 residents) £227.88. • Full payment due at the time of booking prior to first session (card/bank transfer via invoice). • Prices include travel within 3 miles of Lytham St Annes. Extra mileage £1 per mile (agreed upfront). Cancellations & Rescheduling • 1 month’s notice required to cancel the monthly service without charge. • Less than 1 month’s notice → full month’s fee payable. • Individual sessions: 48+ hours notice → reschedule free (once per month). <48 hours or no-show → full session fee kept. • Emergency (e.g., home outbreak) → let me know ASAP and I’ll happily reschedule. Session Requirements • Please provide a clean, well-lit space with access to a plug socket and seating for residents. • If space isn't suitable on arrival, sessions may need to be shortened or rescheduled (fees still due). Treatment & Safety • Sessions are gentle & adapted to residents' needs (e.g., dementia-friendly). • Not happy? Tell me on the day – I’ll adjust free of charge. Photos • Photos of nails only with resident/home permission. Liability & Insurance • I hold full public liability insurance. Residents/home remain responsible for aftercare. • Policy Details: Policy No. LITT44LI01. Valid: 19/11/2025 to 18/11/2026. Limit: £5,000,000. Excess: £50 (third party property damage).
